Empty everything and remove expired or empty items

Group personal care, hair, shaving, cleaning, and backup supplies. Check dates and damaged packaging, and do not keep unlabeled products whose identity is no longer clear.

Keep daily items in prime reach

Reserve the easiest shelf for items used every morning or night. Backups and occasional products can go higher or deeper, labeled so you do not keep buying duplicates.

Manage humidity and spills

Use washable trays under bottles that may leak and allow airflow around textiles. If a cabinet smells musty or shows mold, correct condensation or a plumbing leak before reorganizing it.

Store medicines according to their label, not habit

Many medicines need a cool, dry location, so a humid bathroom may not be ideal. Follow storage conditions on the label and keep hazardous products out of children’s reach.
